DUKES PARK SHOW HOME SET FOR UNVEILING AS RESERVATIONS CONTINUE

Fellows Homes are set to unveil the show home at their new Dukes Park housing development in Chorley, which will be open before the end of November.  

Work on the first phase of the Duke Street development is progressing well and there are already 9 houses under offer on the development with strong interest being received. When completed the development will provide 70 new homes; in a range of 2 and 3 bedroom terraced, semi-detached and detached family house styles. There will also be a proportion of affordable included with incorporate a range of 1 and 2 bed apartments.

The marketing suite is already open on site and is manned from Thursday to Monday from 10:30 am to 5:30 pm.
