If you refer a new occupier to Northern Trust and they proceed to sign a tenancy agreement for a minimum term of 12 months, you will be eligible to receive a £350 referral payment.
Please ensure that any referral you submit has been made with the full consent of the person or company being introduced.
This offer is open exclusively to current occupiers/tenants within the Northern Trust portfolio.
A referral will not qualify for a Referral Fee in the following circumstances:
Northern Trust is not under any obligation to follow up on any referral submitted, nor are we required to provide reasons should we choose not to progress a referral.
Where eligible, the Referral Fee will be paid once 30 days have passed since the prospective tenant entered into their tenancy agreement.
The payment will be added to your own tenancy account as a credit and deducted from a future payment of rent.
The right to a Referral Fee is personal to you and cannot be assigned or transferred. You are responsible for any tax payable on the Referral Fee.
For the avoidance of doubt, Northern Trust will not disclose any details of the tenancy agreement beyond confirming the Referral Fee amount.
