WHITTLE JONES SCORE A BRACE OF LETTINGS AT MAPLE WAY

Whittle Jones Chartered Surveyors; agents acting on behalf of Northern Trust Company Ltd are delighted to announce that they have secured a brace of lettings at their prestigious Maple Way development in Newton Aycliffe.

Radius Plus Ltd has leased Unit 1 covering 5,018 sq ft on a 5 year deal whilst Cam-Tec Systems Ltd has moved into Unit 2 extending to 4,986 sq ft on a 3 year lease agreement.

Radius Plus Ltd is part of the Radius Systems Group, who has been at the forefront of developing and supplying plastic pipe systems for the utility market for over 40 years.
