Northern Trust Company is pleased to confirm that J Barbour & Sons recently leased an additional 8,537 sq ft unit at Aidan Court, part of the Bede Industrial Estate in Jarrow taking their occupied space to over 370,000 sq ft on the site.

Northern Trust’s land ownership at Bede Industrial Estate extends to over 1 million sq ft, with 164,201 sq ft lettable space in 56 individual units with individual sizes ranging from just 495 sq ft.
