With people around the country and working on a number of sites, Chorley’s central location provides the business with a strong core for the Support Services team. Levens House will enable key functions to operate under one roof, as well as provide room for future growth.

Steve Corcoran, CEO said, "2020 has been a challenging year for business, but I'm pleased to state one of continued progress for our company. We are committed to further growing the business over the coming years, and our move into new, modern premises in Chorley enables us to fulfil this ambition and support our people, who despite the impact of Covid-19, have done a tremendous job undertaking critical infrastructure projects as essential workers.

I’m incredibly proud to be a part of this business and look forward to welcoming all our people into the new Support Services offices when safe to do so.”

Nick Hemmings, Regional Property Manager for Whittle Jones North West added “We are pleased to welcome Taziker to Ackhurst Business Park and look forward to working with them on their future growth plans. Securing a 6,000 sq ft office letting in the current climate is testament to Northern Trust’s continued investment in their portfolio and commitment to providing high quality industrial and office space for the SME business community, with the current portfolio housing in the region of 18,000 jobs.”

Taylor Weaver, joint letting agents on the business park played an integral role in securing the letting, and Neil Weaver said “We worked closely with Taziker, Northern Trust and Whittle Jones in bringing the letting of Levens House to fruition. It’s great to see another high profile occupier such as Taziker join the list of businesses at Ackhurst Park. The office space is high quality, the location is perfect for commuting and with a range of amenities on the doorstep; it really does provide the ideal base for any businesses looking to relocate or set up a regional office in the North West.”
