DESCRIPTION

Access is via Mulberry Way from Sedgeletch Road, providing direct links to the surrounding road network. The A690 provides a direct route between Durham and Sunderland, while the A182 links the estate northwards to Shiney Row and Washington. Junction 62 of the A1(M) is within easy reach, enabling swift access to Newcastle upon Tyne to the north and Teesside to the south.

Houghton-le-Spring town centre is less than a 5-minute drive, offering a variety of supermarkets, cafés, banks, and other everyday amenities.
