LOCATION

Drum Industrial Estate is located near Chester-le-Street, in County Durham. The town is situated 8.5 miles south of Newcastle upon Tyne, 5.5 miles north of Durham City and 8 miles south-west of Sunderland. The town lies immediately to the west of the A1(M) and is accessed from Junction 63. The A167 runs in a similar direction and passes through the eastern side of the town. The town has a railway station which is situated on the east coast mainline. Newcastle International Airport is situated approximately 14 miles to the north-west.

The estate is accessed off Drum Road which provides direct access to the A693. The A693 leads directly to Junction 63 of the A1(M) 1 mile away, offering excellent transport links to the wider region for occupiers.

In addition the estate offers a good range of local amenities and Chester Le Street town centre is within 5 minutes’ drive with its range of high street shops and eateries.
